Owners can place their property in the hands of Chiang Mai Property
Agency, both to find a
tenant and manage the property, secure in the knowledge that they will not
have to be involved in the administration of the tenancy or the property.

ADSL service; payment of utility bills; repairs
(once payment is approved
by the owner) and collection of rent, etc. |
There is no other agency in Chiang Mai who will provide a comprehensive
management service for owners that includes both finding a tenant and
taking full responsibility for the administration of the property.
Optionally, for those owners who wish to manage their own property,
Chiang Mai Property Agency will offer to just find the tenant.
